How to celeberate a Holiday in the lonely day

Hey! It’s a holiday! What to do with it?
Watch the television and feel like usual days are back.
Busy and restless routine has now leaved you for some time so you should feel good and try to enjoy it. But the question is how to enjoy it alone?
We usually think:
go out for the refreshment
Invite friends (if you have any) or otherwise think about doing something interesting. In this case, we usually keep thinking and feel that the whole day was passed by so quickly and you didn’t enjoy it anyway.
Sleeping is another way but the most important thing is “You can’t sleep whole day and then whole night.”
Playing games is really good way but some times it is useless for a single person.
So, this is the problems. And now we will think some solutions of it………………………….

If you are alone on your holiday of a single day, you should do something like this:
Do not wake up too early so it will be good t give some rest to your body.
Wake up and see the newspaper simply and then go to the kitchen
Make something all by yourself and watch the fun of cooking
Then take rest and watch the television for an hour.
You can do it until evening and then go to the garden (with the camera if you have).
Stroll and see what you do not usually see in the hurry and this time, use the camera.
It should take not more then an hour.
Then sit in the peaceful atmosphere and look into yourself. Try to know what you are thinking today and listen to the ideas of mind, but do not follow them yet. Let your thoughts be out from your mind and free them by thinking their modification and sometimes renunciation. This would increase the calmness and would be just like meditation for you to give the rest to your mind because body rest does not effect on mind. If you want to live healthy then you need to be happy and if you want to be happy then you should take care of your health. These are two parts of same coin so both are important to make a coin trust worthy.
Then come back home and it is time to make a coffee or tea, whatever you want and then take a five to ten minutes rest. You can watch t.v. or listen music in-between this.
Take a pen and paper after ten minutes and again start thinking about the past few days.
Write the interesting moments you shared in the last week and then read them back. Try to write it as an autobiography. Then go to bed and sleep little early then your routine time. This will be very beneficial for you because when we recognize old moments, we could easily know what was exactly happened or what was wrong or right. It calms your mind and gives you relief. You won’t be able to see this relief as soon as tablets but this would be much better and would last long.
